The Business office’s responsibilities
- To submit all appropriate information to our billing office for timely and efficient billing of clients insurance/client.
- To work with the client to find and secure the optimal available appointment times for their PT and Pilates appointments.
- To keep them informed of any communication with their insurance company.
- To forward any treatment-related questions or client concerns to a clinician.
Can I still go to Core PT if they are not a preferred provider for my network?
We are are happy to see clients with other insurance at the out-of-network rate. The out-of-network reimbursement rate may be less than the in-network rate for many plans, which means the client may have a higher co-pay for out-of-network PT services.
We do not accept Molina, DSHS or medical coupons. |
