Our specialized clinicians perform a detailed evaluation of posture, pelvic floor and surrounding muscle groups, biomechanics, as well as spine and hip function. We utilize biofeedback-enhanced pelvic floor muscle-education in the clinic or at home, and apply motor learning theory to the rehabilitation of the pelvic floor during static and dynamic activities in order for the client to regain this essential control. Myofascial trigger point release techniques incorporated with relaxation and breathing strategies are also important tools. Painfree strengthening, stretching, self-care strategies will be implemented from the beginning to ensure that your care is complementing your healing.
