The complexity of our client diagnoses require constant re-assessment and a consistent rehabilitation strategy.  Your clients receive physical therapy treatment exclusively from physical therapists.  

We are dedicated to communicating effectively and promptly with you.  Let us know your preference for communication, whether by secure email, phone or in writing.  If we use abbreviations that don't make a bit of sense to you or you are not a big fan of long progress reports, hold us accountable and let us know what you prefer.

Your time is valuable and all Core Physical Therapy clinicians are invested in a multidisciplinary collaberative approach with our referring providers.
